About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

Within EFT we are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to manage the full application lifecycle across diverse hardware platforms and operating systems. This role involves utilizing deep expertise in system integrations, enterprise support for third-party and custom applications, and a strong understanding of AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will also utilize advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Power Platform development.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with customer and vendor

Manage the deployment, lifecycle, and updates of Microsoft Teams clients across Windows, Mac, and VDI environments

Design, develop, and maintain custom Microsoft Teams applications using Microsoft Graph API, Teams SDK, and Power Platform

Integrate Teams with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality

Lead architecture and implementation of bots, messaging extensions, and adaptive cards

Support enterprise-level integration of third-party and custom apps, including agent-based solutions

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all Teams applications and integrations

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, automated solutions

Document deployment, patching, and integration processes for audit readiness and compliance

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

Monitor tenant health, usage, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues

Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools to improve efficiency and reduce risk

Stay informed on Microsoft's roadmap and assess the impact of upcoming changes on the institution's collaboration strategy

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and operational support teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams architecture and extensibility model

2+ years experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

1+ years experience in Microsoft Graph API, Teams App Studio, Teams Toolkit, and PowerShell scripting

1+ years experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD

1+ years experience managing Teams client deployments and updates across multiple platforms

Desired Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Teams Application Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure

Experience supporting Zoom platform lifecycle management, including client deployment, updates, and patching

Familiarity with Zoom integration and engineering support comparable to Microsoft Teams, including cross-platform troubleshooting

Ability to manage Zoom and Teams coexistence in enterprise environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and user experience

Prior knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, and information protection features

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Copilot or modern LLM tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

IT Infrastructure Library Certification (ITIL)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
