Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for tasks like summarization, predictions, financial reports, and data retrieval.
Build agent-based workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for reasoning and insights.
Build front-end interfaces using React (or similar frameworks) to visualize AI outputs, dashboards, and workflows.
Work across the full stack to integrate AI features into user-facing and internal tools.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design and deliver seamless user experiences powered by AI.
Ensure AI systems comply with industry standards, internal governance policies, and responsible AI practices.
Document model architectures, prompt engineering strategies, decision logs, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and audits.
Data Engineering & Model Operations:
Build data pipelines for training and deploying AI/ML models.
Work with structured and unstructured automotive data using Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
Use platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML to train, deploy, and monitor models.
Continuously improve model performance through better prompts, data, and architecture.
Integration & Product Collaboration:
Work with product managers and engineering teams to embed AI into user-facing and enterprise systems.
Lead MVPs and proof-of-concepts to test ideas quickly and effectively.
Make sure AI systems meet standards for performance, privacy, and security.
Leadership & Technical Mentorship:
Provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives and influence strategic AI roadmaps.
Mentor junior engineers, define coding and deployment standards, and champion best practices in AI/ML development.
Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and innovation workshops to elevate team capabilities.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
Minimum 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML solution development.
Proven hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying LLMs, deep learning models, and traditional ML algorithms.
Strong background in prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and development of AI agents for complex workflows.
Deep understanding of MLOps best practices including CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and model monitoring.
Expert-level proficiency in Python, with strong command over AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or Azure ML Studio.
Strong expertise in vector databases, Azure AI Search, document intelligence tools, LLM prompt design, and agent orchestration.
Experience in developing user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) to build intuitive AI-driven dashboards and applications.
Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and APIs in microservice architecture.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB) for AI metadata and embeddings.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly in AI model evaluation and optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex AI solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and engage effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and driving enterprise AI projects to success.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or mobility industry, including telematics, diagnostics, or intelligent vehicle systems.
Experience implementing GenAI solutions across poly-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (e.g., combining Azure, AWS, GCP).
Prior experience with LLM fine-tuning, multi-modal AI, or autonomous agent frameworks.
Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, MLflow, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Azure Monitor.
Awareness of emerging trends in generative AI, ethical AI practices, and AI security/compliance.
