As a Senior Technical Business Development Manager specializing in AI Strategies, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic vendor partnerships that drive our AI initiatives. This position combines deep technical expertise with insightful business acumen, enabling you to effectively manage complex vendor relationships and lead meaningful technical discussions. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Advisory:

Facilitate technical discussions between vendors and internal teams. Provide subject matter expertise for solution design and implementation. Assess the technical feasibility and strategic alignment of vendor solutions. Transform intricate technical requirements into viable business opportunities.

Strategic Business Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive vendor management strategies independently. Identify and evaluate opportunities in the 3P vs 1P landscape. Create and refine innovative business models for vendor partnerships. Lead program roadmaps and ensure execution excellence.

Relationship & Contract Management:

Negotiate and structure sophisticated vendor agreements. Establish and nurture strategic relationships with senior vendor executives. Manage and enhance challenging customer relationships and expectations. Drive vendor performance through accurate scorecards and relevant business metrics.

Analytics & Performance Management:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendors. Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions. Lead initiatives for risk mitigation and quality assurance. Develop strategies for performance improvement.

Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. 5+ years of professional or military experience. Bachelor's degree. Proven track record in shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions within an organization. Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations. Experience with complex legal agreements including identification, negotiation, and execution. The compensation for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on various factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will remain posted until filled.
