About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Calero VeraSMART team in Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Technology. You will focus on setup, automation, and support of upstream and downstream data interfaces using various patterns (REST APIs, SQL, and files). VeraSMART enables telecom management across the enterprise. The engineering team supports product configuration, upstream/downstream interfaces, and data for reporting.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of experience using and creating REST API methods

4+ years of experience programming with Python, React, .Net, and C#

4+ years of advanced SQL query reading and writing experience

Hands on experience with OpenShift, Micro-Services, Kubernetes and Dockers

Experienced with CI-CD development methodology and tools such as Bitbucket and GitHub

Have worked with different SDLC methodologies like Agile (SCRUM & JIRA)

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience using Autosys for job scheduling

Experience using Network Data Mover (NDM) for file transfers

Experienced in working with No-SQL database such as MongoDB

Experienced with data modeling languages such as XML, YAML and JSON

Job Expectations:

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
