About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Vice President of B2B Marketing Growth to spearhead our mission in transforming mental healthcare accessibility. In this role, you will take charge of our demand generation strategy, creating and executing powerful, ROI-driven campaigns tailored for both commercial and enterprise sales teams.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a high-performing demand generation team, developing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive leads and enhance funnel conversion rates, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing for achieving our ambitious demand generation goals. You will have the opportunity to set metrics for net new leads, MQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline while expanding our lead database among core personas.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading demand generation teams, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors, with a focus on SaaS and high-growth environments. You should demonstrate a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through various marketing channels. A strong grasp of demand generation methodologies, such as ABM and demand waterfall models, is essential.
