What you'll be doing Rose Paving LLC, a leading nationwide paving contractor, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to join our growing IT team. This position is responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our enterprise network infrastructure across 34+ locations, with a primary focus on Fortinet, & Ubiquiti security appliances and Azure cloud connectivity and security. • Manage and maintain Fortinet network infrastructure including FortiGate firewalls, Forti Manager, and Forti Analyzer across 14 primary offices • Maintain and optimize existing Ubiquiti network infrastructure across 19+ satellite offices while planning for future network architecture decisions • Design and implement network solutions for new office locations as the company continues to grow • Travel will be required during the onboarding of new locations and as needed for hands-on maintenance at existing sites • Optimize network connectivity across diverse connection types including fiber, coax, and Starlink satellite connections • Ensure reliable and secure connectivity to our Azure-based application infrastructure and Dynamics 365 environment • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISP vendors for resolution • Manage VPN configurations and site-to-site connectivity across all locations • Maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and change management processes • Collaborate with cloud infrastructure team to optimize Azure networking and hybrid connectivity • Provide escalated network support and resolve complex technical issues • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support tickets with network equipment providers

Required Qualifications: • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and administration • Strong expertise with Fortinet products (FortiGate, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer) • Experience with Ubiquiti network equipment administration and management • Proficiency with Azure networking services and hybrid cloud connectivity • Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPN technologies, and network security principles • Experience managing multi-site WAN/LAN environments with diverse connectivity types • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring tools • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred • Equivalent work experience with relevant certifications will be considered in lieu of degree Preferred Certifications: • Fortinet NSE 4 (FortiGate Security Professional) or higher • Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Enterprise or Security track) • Microsoft Azure networking certifications (AZ-104, AZ-700) • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
