Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
Join our team to assemble forklifts, pallet trucks, or masts by utilizing blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions. Operate overhead cranes to maneuver larger parts or equipment and perform functional tests and inspections to ensure quality standards are met before final inspection. Assemble sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses, and parts of the forklift, while maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.
Responsibilities
Assemble forklifts, pallet trucks, or masts using blueprints, schematics, or verbal direction.
Operate overhead cranes to move larger parts or equipment.
Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure product quality prior to delivery to the final inspection area.
Assemble sub-assemblies and wiring harnesses and parts of the forklift.
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
2-3 years of hands-on automotive installation or repair experience.
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
Production experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with blueprints, schematics, and electrical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Automobile or truck mechanic experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills required.
Attention to detail and quality is essential.
Demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with flexible shift options. The primary shift is Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, with overtime available on Friday and Saturday from 6am to 2:30pm. The second shift runs Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 12:30am, with no overtime. The role requires standing for the entire shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
