Job Description
Were looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the evolution of our RTT (Real-Time Transaction) digital ordering platform, which powers mobile app experiences for customers. This role will play a key part in bridging business needs with technical execution, helping drive enhancements to both the customer-facing platform and internal development tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements for RTT platform enhancements.
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to improve the mobile app-based digital ordering experience.
Support on-the-ground development efforts by translating business goals into actionable technical tasks.
Collaborate with developers to optimize internal tools that support RTT scalability and performance.
Monitor progress toward RTT platform goals and provide insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
Conduct gap analyses to uncover inefficiencies or unmet needs in the current system.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as a technical business analyst supporting public-facing websites and mobile application development
Ability to write clean, structured, and actionable PDIs (Product Definition Inputs).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting EDI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and drive effective solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
Excellent documentation skills with attention to clarity and detail.
Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across marketing, technology, and operations teams. Experience as a business analyst in the food or retail industry.
