About the Role

This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a 1000-user organization, including over 800 Windows and 1000 iOS devices, as we scale through mergers and acquisitions and transition to a cloud-first infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

Provide

Level 2 support

across Service Desk and Infrastructure operations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Support and maintain

Office 365 ,

Active Directory ,

Exchange 2019 , and endpoint protection systems

Assist in user onboarding/offboarding, including identity and access management via

Entra ID ,

Cisco Duo , and related tools

Manage tickets and escalate issues appropriately within the IT team

Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure consolidation and cloud-first deployments
