Job Details

Location: Ridgewood, NY (specialty office) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; in-person in a private-practice setting

What You Will Be Doing Evaluate new patients, define functional goals, and establish individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance/vestibular therapy, pelvic-floor programming, and use of specialized equipment Monitor and progress plans based on outcomes; adjust frequency/intensity to meet goals Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and self-management Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to coordinate comprehensive plans Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in alignment with practice and legal standards; maintain compliance with all policies

Skills You Need License: Active New York State Physical Therapist license (required) Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT from an accredited PT program (required; DPT preferred)
