Ensure optimal staffing levels and effective leadership.
Plan and manage budgets, capital expenses, and projects accurately.
Conduct audits and inspections of buildings, sites, and equipment to assess their condition and maintenance needs.
Develop and implement policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree
preferred.
10+ years of experience managing multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
Proven experience working with budgets exceeding $5 million.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
Willingness to travel to Uline's domestic and international sites.
