Job Description
Lead to design, implement and configure CDP components, including data ingestion, data integration, data transformation, and data activation.
Drive to integrate CDP with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Enable one to one personalization emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Developing technical solutions within personalization utilizing skills such as. SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ampscript.
Lead consultative engagements with clients across all industries on business goals and challenges.
Confidently leads projects with multiple clients at the same time
Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, considering their current and future-state environment.
Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers.
Approach each customer as unique, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs.
Build and fully test the solutions as designed, working with customers to iterate through modifications and revisions.
Document design and/or maintenance processes as necessary.
Provide in-depth training as appropriate to ensure customers are self-sustaining.
Collaborate with other team members to validate solutions, solve technical challenges, and share knowledge.
Average of 10% travel, up to 25%, to client locations throughout the U.S.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture, Design and Development.
Must have experience working with Interaction Studio and use of Einstein for Recommendations & Decisions (Next Best Actions)
Proficient in leveraging various studios & builders in SFMC platform for running B2B/ B2C marketing campaigns. Studios - Email, Social, Web, Mobile etc. Builders - Journey, Contact, Audience, Content, Analytics etc.Deep hands-on understanding of SFMC's data extension architecture, integration capabilities & automation capabilities.
Knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions including process builder, triggers and workflow is desirable.
Experience working on large scale B2B/ B2C Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations.
Good knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Web development (HTML, JS & CSS) & Amp scripting
