Position is Part-Time, 24 Hours per week
Responsible for application development, maintenance, and/or support of the Single Application Resource for Aerospace Hardware (SARAH) application in an assigned technology, major system, or functional area. Performs programming for new or enhanced systems based on specifications provided. Performs own work and assists others as directed.
Responsibilities
Provide systems design concepts and proposals for new and modified software systems within a custom Oracle inventory management database
Provide technical direction and leadership for development of new and modified requirements for the Oracle database
Design, develop and enhance applications utilizing the latest tools & technologies
Maintain existing applications in support of business objectives
Aid in analysis to define application requirements and approaches through research and fact-finding assignments
Participate in system documentation, testing, implementation, maintenance, and project setup/support often involving performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers
Communicate best practices and lessons learned with various IT and business teams
Help to identify, evaluate, and introduce new tools & technologies
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
5 or more years of professional software development experience
5 or more years of professional experience in Oracle forms 12c and Oracle reports development
5 or more years of knowledge on software development using Microsoft stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.)
Flexible to juggle multiple priorities / assignments
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal cross functional teams, leadership, and external clients
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and Web Services
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Blazor preferred
Knowledge of KBR SARAH application highly preferred
