Job Summary:
Seeking a visionary Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the development and deployment of scalable solutions enhancing the expert experience. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration to refine requirements, develop functional prototypes, and deliver innovative solutions within set standards. This role involves hands-on configuration/development on the Salesforce platform, adhering to Agile methodologies, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise development standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate design sessions to refine experience requirements. Develop and gain alignment/acceptance with functional/non-functional prototypes. Develop and deliver scalable solutions to support personalized experiences. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise development standards. Write user stories within an Agile framework, considering dependencies.
Must-Have Skills:
Solid Salesforce configuration/development experience. Salesforce Admin certification. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Experience in Salesforce ecosystem is crucial. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams preferred.
