Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand DMCs presence in the U.S. automotive gasket market. Collaborate with international teams to align product offerings with customer requirements and market trends. Analyze customer specifications and coordinate with technical teams to establish quality and testing standards for new products. Monitor and interpret international trade regulations and tariffs to inform pricing and logistics decisions. Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export laws and facilitate resolution of cross-border trade issues. Manage sales distribution channels, set sales targets, and oversee key customer accounts. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirement: Associates degree (or foreign equivalent) in International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related area and at least 2 years of experience
