Customer Service Representative

Position Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, or client-specific projects
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail
Follow company scripts and guidelines while adapting to individual customer needs
Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics, including call handling time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores
Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Previous customer service, call center, or related experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset (remote role requirement)
Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain consistent attendance
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or call center software
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages)
Sales or upselling experience in a customer service environment
