Lead and coach production teams to meet goals for output, quality, and safety Maintain 5S standards and implement lean manufacturing practices Develop training plans and mentor team members for growth and skill mastery Monitor workflow, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery to customers Collaborate across departments to address quality concerns and enhance processes Track performance metrics and present clear, actionable reports What You Bring
5+ years in manufacturing and/or supervisory roles Associate degree or equivalent experience Machining (including CNC) knowledge and familiarity with lean principles Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Hydraulic experience is a plus Ready to lead with purpose, elevate production performance, and leave your mark on a growing operation?
