Help Desk Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Responsibilities: Configure and set up new user accounts in Microsoft 365 and other platforms to ensure seamless onboarding. Manage Active Directory tasks, including account creation, updates, and deactivations, while maintaining security protocols. Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new team members and current employees. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at Tier 1 level, escalating complex problems to higher support tiers as needed. Document support cases thoroughly in the ticketing system for effective tracking and resolution. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting FAQs. Communicate technical solutions and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements: CompTIA A+ certification is preferred. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. 12 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts. Strong skills in configuring and supporting desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and documentation practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users of varying technical expertise.
