Description
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Working with other team members, such as engineers and other assemblers, to ensure efficient and accurate production
Maintaining tools and equipment, and potentially assisting with preventive maintenance
Assembling and disassembling electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies using the appropriate tools and machinery
Assembling using solder, fasteners and adhesives in building up electronic assemblies, ensuring compliance to requirements and performing rework as required
Assembling and disassembling operations can include: wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components

Requirements
High school diploma or GED and up to one (1) year of related experience required
Previous Electronics Integration or practical mechanical, electrical, or electronic experience
a plus
Candidate must be able to perform simple to medium-complexity electronic and mechanical
integration functions
Candidate must have a high energy level, be flexible and able to handle pressure and
changing deadlines
Attention to detail is required as "in progress" and completed" work undergoes stringent
Quality Assurance (QA) checks
Candidate must be a team player and display patience and tact when dealing with all levels
of workers, government and contractor personnel
Desired Skills
Associates degree in Electronics or related field

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
