Your role will involve taking charge of major digital initiatives, including ERP transformation, and integrating advanced analytics and Industry 4.0 capabilities. Collaboration with a highly skilled team across different functions will be pivotal to achieving operational excellence and standardizing end-to-end processes that deliver measurable business outcomes. A critical part of your mission will be people leadership—building and nurturing a high-performing digital supply chain team. We seek a transformation leader with a robust track record in global supply chain management, operations, or digital transformation, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Your expertise in leading large-scale digital projects, particularly in ERP, MES, and smart manufacturing, will be essential. To thrive in this role, you must possess a global perspective, be adept at leading diverse teams, and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement abilities. A background in complex manufacturing settings, especially in sectors like consumer goods, electronics, or regulated industries, would be advantageous. In your first three years, you will be tasked with delivering critical milestones, including the end-to-end deployment of ERP systems and the establishment of digital and smart manufacturing frameworks.
