What We're Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who are ready to grow with us. We value:
Providers who can commit to seeing 15-21 sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children with our support
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while thriving in a team environment
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts
Must reside and be licensed to practice in Massachusetts
Compensation: Up to $66,500, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide As a W2 employee at Thriveworks, you’ll benefit from: Guaranteed bi-weekly pay—no waiting for reimbursements
Paid orientation and opportunities for annual pay increases
Paid time off (PTO) and flexible scheduling (available 7am-10pm, 7 days a week)

Assistance with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing
Reimbursement for CEUs and access to free in-house training
