Job Description
The primary role of a packer is to manually pack or package a wide range of products and materials, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the packaging process.
Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
Transport packages to customers' vehicles.
Essential Skills
Verbal communication skills.
Team player.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to communicate in English preferred.
High school diploma or GED typically required.
0-2 years of experience required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
