The ideal candidate will: Develop and execute on the customer success strategy. Lead and nurture the customer success team. Integrate our platform seamlessly into client operations and reporting processes. Enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term retention and account growth. Oversee all aspects of customer relationship management, onboarding excellence, quality assurance, and success metrics. Applicants should possess: At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles. A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting organizations with sustainability reporting, environmental compliance, or climate-related initiatives. Industry knowledge in commercial real estate, building operations, or energy systems. Strong data analysis skills and a proven track record in client engagement. Leadership experience in mentoring and growing customer-facing teams. This role requires outstanding communication skills, a knack for process development, regulatory insight, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective, solution-oriented outcomes.
