You will oversee the complete credit lifecycle, enhancing processes from underwriting to portfolio management and collections across a variety of financing segments. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a dynamic executive with a robust background in credit risk management, operations, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector. In this vital role, you will: Lead and develop high-performing credit teams. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance of credit processes. Craft and implement credit strategies that align with corporate objectives and adapt to evolving market conditions. Represent the company in interactions with regulatory bodies and industry associations, enhancing our reputation and influence. The ideal candidate should possess: A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services with a strong focus on credit risk management. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
