Responsibilities for a Processing Specialist include but are not limited to:
Process insurance documents accurately and on time to ensure proper homeowner insurance coverage.
Identify policy types (e.g., Townhome, Flood, Wind) and determine appropriate actions.
Update client databases to meet regulatory obligations and ensure compliance.
Make timely premium payments from escrow accounts to maintain continuous coverage.
Communicate with insurance agents and carriers to verify information, update statuses, and meet deadlines.
Provide professional, empathetic, and timely responses to client and homeowner inquiries.
Candidates for Processing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Proficient in Excel and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Customer service experience.
Nice to have:
Insurance, mortgage, or banking experience.

Pay Details:
$16.00 per hour
