(LMSW)

plays a crucial role in our interdisciplinary team, providing essential psychosocial support to patients and their families. You will conduct assessments to identify needs, set goals, and implement interventions according to the plan of care, using your professional expertise and personal insights to guide the psychosocial assessment process.
