**Location:** Newnan, GA
**Shift:** First (6 AM - 6 PM)
**Salary Range:** $28-34/hour based on experience ($62,400 - $72,800 per year)
**Responsibilities include:**
Leading and mentoring others within the maintenance team.
Planning, scheduling, vendor management, and supply ordering.
Troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems, including high voltage, PLC, VFD, and HMI.
Utilizing a CMMS for documentation of work orders, inventory, and safety checks on cranes, lifting systems, and ventilation systems.
Performing installations, rebuilds, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Supporting production objectives by reducing downtime through effective maintenance practices.
Training and coaching team members.
Participating in an on-call rotation as required.
**Requirements:**
Minimum of 4 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
Experience in preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
Knowledge of injection molding and plastics is preferred.
Ability to work safely in compliance with occupational safety standards.
