Are you detail-obsessed and love working with small, precision parts? Join our team as a Quality Inspector – Dental, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our tight-tolerance medical and dental tools. If you've got a steady hand, a sharp eye (especially under a microscope!), and a passion for doing things the right way, we’d love to meet you.
We currently have openings on both first and second shift. If you prefer second shift, you’ll receive a $3.00/hour shift differential.
What You’ll Do:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of very small parts, often under a microscope
Document non-conformances and ensure accurate record keeping
Prioritize tasks using our task priority report to meet production goals
Keep your workspace clean and organized, even during busy times
Follow safety policies and procedures
Pitch in with other duties as needed
What You Bring:
Great manual dexterity and comfort working with very small parts
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow documented procedures with consistency
A positive, team-first attitude — strong communication and collaboration skills are a must
Ability to work independently and with others
Basic computer skills to support documentation and reporting
Bonus Points For:
1+ year of inspection experience (especially in medical, dental, or precision tools)
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
Comfortable standing for 4+ hours per shift
Willing to work around chemicals (we provide proper PPE, of course)
