Laser & Optics Technician - Entry Level

Pay: $23 - $26 (depending on shift)
1st Shift:
$23.00/hr (5:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.)
2nd Shift:
$26.00/hr (3:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule)

Responsibilities include:
Assemble and test laser-based medical instruments
Operate and monitor SMT machines
Inspect and troubleshoot assembly issues
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
Support process improvements and quality initiatives
What's Needed?
We're looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills. Ideal for those with technical curiosity and a desire to learn.
Top Experience and Skills:
Experience with laser alignment and optical components
Ability to read schematics and perform electronics troubleshooting
Familiarity with SMT assembly and machine operation
Basic computer and math skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
