A Snapshot of Your Day

Start the day by reviewing new delivery requirements from Order management teams. Review of status of deliveries currently in process. Communications: Respond to queries to Hotjobs mailbox from Order management regarding delivery status, urgent same day requests, updates or modifications to existing deliveries. Collaborate with FAST Planning Supervisor on priority orders for the day. Ensure deliveries get shipped on time!

How You'll Make an Impact

Maintainhigh level of communication with customers and members of the customerservice cell.

Ensurecompliance to customer delivery requirements, assisting the team determineworkload and flow for the Siemens Energy PSDO business.

Understandcustomer demands and work to deliver a high on time delivery (OTD)performance.

Clearlyarticulate customer needs to internal warehouse team.

Workwith all owners of the PSDO business and various departments to ensure thereceipts, inspection and shipment of materials.

Analyzeand maintain data required by the customer to meet the demands of OTDperformance.

What You Bring

Highschool graduate 5+ years of experience in a productive warehouse orlogistics center environment.

3 +years of working and interacting directly with end customers.

SAPEWM system knowledge experience is required.

Proficientin effectively conveying customer needs and assessing performance.

Problemsolving ability to resolve root cause for customer issues.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet!
