The Project Scheduler will play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal teams and customers to effectively schedule engineering projects within the pulp/paper and food and beverage sectors.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule engineering projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project timelines are met.
Lead scheduling efforts and provide cost control support for projects ranging from $500k to $5 million.
Manage complex financial data sets and integrate them into MS Project.
Utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Proficiency in project controls and project management.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, conditional formatting, data validation, and pivot tables.
General understanding of Power BI.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with engineering and construction projects.
Ability to manage and coordinate cost control efforts.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to travel 30% of the time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
