As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that are essential for supporting our ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary Assisting with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Preparing and filing documents, reports, and correspondence Greeting visitors and clients and providing them with necessary information Supporting in the organization of company events and meetings Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
