Senior Application Analyst, SAP S/4 HANA

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced candidate with in-depth knowledge of the SAP FI module and a proven track record in managing end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes to ensure the accuracy of our financial data. The ideal candidate will take a leading role in collaborating with business stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and vendors to effectively deliver R2R solutions that comply with both business and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of end-to-end Record to Report processes, including month-end closure, financial statement preparation, and comprehensive reporting. Possess detailed knowledge of key data structures that are essential for financial transaction accuracy. Exhibit a strong grasp of system configuration, data migration, and data quality activities specific to SAP FI R2R. Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into precise technical specifications. Develop and maintain essential documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration documents. Work alongside cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP FI R2R solutions with seamless integration across other modules and systems. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee successful implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA FI R2R solution. Facilitate effective meetings to drive timely decisions that enhance project delivery. Ensure critical project tasks are efficiently managed and delivered with a focus on quality to minimize rework risks. Understand the technical build and business processes to provide support for training documentation and assist end-users with SAP FI R2R processes, fostering adoption of new methodologies. Knowledge, Experience, and Skills 5-7 years of experience as an SAP Application Analyst. Preference for candidates with S/4 HANA project implementation experience. Strong expertise in application development methodologies and industry best practices. Proficiency in analyzing and resolving complex application challenges. A proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation In accordance with state law, the salary range is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role at Rich Products Corporation. Actual salaries may vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience and individual qualifications.
