Direct Hire | Entry-Level | Multiple Shifts Available
A leading manufacturer in Canonsburg, PA is experiencing record-breaking growth and is urgently hiring assembly workers to support increased production demands. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Weekend Day: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend Night: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend shifts are paid for 40 hours if all three days are worked.
Pay Range
: $16.50-$17.50
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Manufacturing
Make electrical connections according to specifications
Modify parts using machine tools, power tools, and pneumatic hand tools
Assemble and align parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools
Measure parts using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
Label and mark parts with identifying information
Inspect and test completed units to ensure quality and accuracy
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Consistent work history in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction
Electrical experience required for Bus Way Plugs
Ability to use hand and power tools and read a tape measure for Bus Way Straights
Experience with inventory tracking systems for warehouse roles
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
Finger dexterity for precise movements
Work Environment:
Clean, spacious facility with over 200 employees
Small assembly stations spaced 3–5 feet apart
Flexibility to work in multiple departments, including warehouse areas
Dress code:
jeans, t-shirt (no muscle shirts), and steel-toe shoes
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00/hr.
