In the first full calendar year of service (as of Jan 1st), you receive 5 paid days off. In the second full year of service as of (as of Jan 1st) you receive 10 days and then 15 days after 5 full calendar years with the company. Most companies don't offer 15 days until after 10 years! We are looking for a confident BDC REPRESENTATIVE to help us drive business in our Sales Department. You would be reporting to the General Manager with close lines of communication with our BDC Director. Salary range for this BDC position is between $40,000 and $50,000.

COMPENSATION $3,000 / mo salary Commission is paid out for every appointment that shows as well as an addition bonus if the appointment sells. You will be paid additional bonuses based upon the overall store performance and your closing percentage on Internet / 3rd Party Leads. Expected monthly pay based upon current traffic patterns is $6,000 / mo. NO CAP

Job Responsibilities Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and email Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchase Books appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associates availability

Maintain and build customer relationships through thorough follow- up Expected to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day Cultivate a strong, working relationship between the Sales and BDC Departments Train sales staff in the proper usage of the CRM

Monitor conversion rates and ensure we're at, or above, industry standards Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Maintain a clean driving record & valid drivers license Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings. Call center experience a plus Automotive experience a plus Must be self driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Maintain knowledge of current trends and news in the automotive industry Strong negotiation and customer service skills Reports to: BDC Director
