You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment showcasing your communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. **Responsibilities:** Assist management in leading and coordinating events, uphold core values, and ensure excellent service. Specific duties include: Lead a team of customer service staff, maintaining a positive environment. Act as a liaison between management and staff. Park and retrieve vehicles safely following policies. Maintain accurate vehicle records and secure keys. Adhere to safety guidelines. **Communication:** Greet guests warmly, explain parking procedures, assist with questions, and coordinate with team members. **Family:** Foster a supportive team environment, assist during peak times, and promote unity. **Exceptional Service:** Provide outstanding customer service, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests as needed. **Profitability:** Manage parking spaces efficiently, ensure accurate fee collection, and report issues promptly. **About You:** Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and prior valet or customer service experience is a plus. **What We Offer:** Hourly pay of $21-$23, full-time benefits including health coverage, 401k, paid time off, holiday pay, and discounts.
