Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Schedule) Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $70,000
$120,000 Client Notes: PE is preferred Highly prefer candidates who can be in-office, but remote is possible for a perfect fit FEMA experience is highly desirable

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field MT-2 experience 5+ years of hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) engineering experience Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, Civil 3D, GIS Experience with FEMA LOMR/MT-2 floodplain mapping and stormwater management design Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Project management experience and a desire to mentor junior engineers PE license preferred Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater, riverine, and floodplain systems Perform flood risk assessments, drainage studies, and mitigation planning Design and evaluate stormwater systems, culverts, and detention basins Lead FEMA (C)LOMR/MT-2 regulatory submissions and documentation Collaborate across disciplines, with clients and agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance Support permitting efforts for water resource and floodplain projects Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and review modeling results Perks & Benefits:
