Certified Epic Application Analyst - PB, HB, and ADT
We're hiring Epic Application Analysts with certifications in Professional Billing (PB), Hospital Billing (HB), or Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT). This 1099 contract position focuses on migrating Community Connect Clinics to HOPD. You'll use your Epic expertise to assess workflows, build and document new applications, resolve technical issues, and inform build decisions in partnership with end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Epic modules
Collaborate with clinical, financial, and administrative teams
Ensure workflows meet compliance and regulatory standards
Create technical documentation and support user training
Troubleshoot issues and support go-live success
Effectively manage time
Module-Specific Focus Areas:
Epic Application Analyst PB (Professional Billing)
Build/configure charge router, billing estimates, and denial workflows
Support payment posting and MedEpay credit card mapping
Required Certifications: Epic Resolute PB Administration and Epic Charge Router
Epic Application Analyst HB (Hospital Billing)
Optimize billing workflows, claims and remittance
Ensure accuracy in charges, denials, and payment processing
Required Certification: Resolute HB Claims & Remittance Admin
Epic Application Analyst ADT
Configure and maintain Epic ADT and Prelude
Support facility structure, referral workflows, and patient movement processes
Required Certification: Epic Grand Central
Ideal Candidates Have:
Current Epic certification in one of the listed modules
Minimum 3-5 years experience in specific module.
Previous experience supporting Epic implementations or large migrations
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to identify risk and implement risk mitigation activities
Up to 10% travel
