Description
Seeking a Program Manager to support a large New Product Development program, preferably with experience in high-volume disposable medical devices and market introductions. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and coordinating with departments such as Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in product development, experience managing large global programs, and excellent communication skills. Travel may be required. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of Project Management experience 13+ years related work experience in product development Proven success in large project roles, preferably in healthcare Experience leading global teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification Experience with high-volume device or drug development Knowledge of Design Controls (21CFR820.30) Experience with regulatory submissions (FDA, MDR) Ability to manage ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams through regulatory processes
