Warehouse Associate –

Part time

A leading building material supplier is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. You must be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity. Ability to speak Spanish and English is a plus. Work Hours: Up to 24 hours weekly: Flexible Monday – Friday with Saturday required (4 hours).

Work Location: Dallas (75220)

Note: The employer will not consider people who are also working a fulltime job since this position requires a high level of activity and you may be scheduled in the morning or later in the afternoon. Job responsibilities will include:

Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with the scheduled timeline, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping of goods and small-scale manufacturing of pre-stained products. Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock by accurately picking, unloading, labeling, and storing inventory. Conduct precise inventory counts and maintain high-quality standards to ensure compliance during audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while maximizing space efficiency. Promptly identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or processes. Accurately perform data entry into the warehouse inventory system. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Safely operate warehouse equipment or vehicles and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to management. Adhere to established service quality standards and ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar role. Knowledge of modern warehousing practices, procedures, and inventory control systems. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday. Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions, including hot, cold, and damp environments. Flexible schedule with availability to work Saturdays and holidays as needed. Effective communication skills: proficiency in English required, bilingual abilities are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift experience: sit down, electric. Able to perform data entry and use a tablet to pull orders.
