Responsibilities include: Generating new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, achieving or exceeding sales goals. Providing captive education and consulting for existing and prospective clients and agency partners. Maintaining client relationships and addressing their changing needs. Participating in sales activities and promoting a positive attitude. Attending captive meetings and supporting program initiatives. Ensuring team accountability and fostering a high-functioning team environment. Qualifications: College degree preferred. Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty. Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days. Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
