As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and effective anesthesia care. Your responsibilities include administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, conducting thorough pre-operative assessments, and developing tailored anesthesia plans to meet individual patient needs. You will monitor patients' vital signs during procedures, making real-time adjustments to anesthesia levels as required to ensure patient safety and comfort. Collaboration with the anesthesia team is essential to maintain the practice's high standards of care, and you will maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information to support seamless operations.

Key Details

Position Type: 1099 independent contractor with the option to convert to W-2. Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $365,000, with overtime opportunities to increase earning potential. Vacation: 12 weeks of vacation annually. Call Schedule: 1:7 call from home, with rare call-back occurrences. Practice Environment: Join a large, stable private practice known for its collegial and supportive team culture.

Requirements

Valid CRNA certification and relevant Kentucky license (or eligibility to obtain). Open to both Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) and experienced CRNAs. Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
