Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 8-23 patient care hours per week What You'll Be Working On
Seeing patients with diverse needs; conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional telehealth visits Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures Qualifications
Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; if not yet certified, must have completed residency within the last year and scheduled for next exam State licensed in Arizona before start date Additional Qualities
