The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure staff adherence to policies, manage nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and implement quality improvement initiatives. The ADON will also be involved in staff development, including training and mentoring nurses. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including PCMH, HRSA, and JC standards, is essential. Requirements: Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing or an Associate's degree with three years of nursing experience as a substitute. ASN/BSN from an accredited nursing school. Valid Registered Nurse license. At least four years of related experience. Minimum of one year of clinical supervisory experience. Valid CPR license. Strong computer skills and ability to learn Electronic Health Records. Complete annual education requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Full compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Salary: $72,529.60 per year Seniority level
