Residential Project Manager – Savannah, GA
Our client, a well-established and highly respected residential builder, is seeking a
Residential Project Manager
to oversee the construction of
single-family for-sale homes and build-for-rent (BFR) communities
in the
Savannah, GA
area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including both for-sale homes and BFR communities, from pre-construction through final delivery
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
Conduct site inspections, address field issues proactively, and maintain accurate construction documentation
Collaborate with purchasing, design, and warranty teams to ensure a seamless build process and positive homeowner/ experience
Oversee multiple builds simultaneously across different stages of construction
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, preferably with a
regional or homebuilder
Strong understanding of both for-sale and build-for-rent product types, a plus
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, construction schedules, and budgets effectively
Excellent knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and residential construction standards
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with construction management software and mobile tools
Familiarity with the Savannah market or surrounding area is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
