The CECA will also function as the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, contributing to the academic mission of the College of Medicine and Life Sciences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a practice comprising over 400 physicians and advanced nurse practitioners, enhancing clinical quality, expanding market share, and bolstering brand recognition. We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative physician leader with a distinguished record of senior leadership experience and excellent academic achievements, including a medical degree from an accredited institution. The CECA will align the clinical faculty practice with organizational goals, improve the effectiveness of the physician practice model, and uphold the highest standards of clinical care. Candidates must possess a medical license to practice in the State of Ohio and be eligible to obtain privileges at the University of Toledo Medical Center. To thrive in this role, you should be an inspiring leader, capable of providing executive oversight and operational leadership while collaborating closely with the senior leadership team.
