Key Responsibilities Commit to continuous learning: Add one new service or skill annually. Deliver high-quality care as rated by the owner doctors in specific competencies. Achieve high case acceptance rates. Be an ideal team player: productive, liked by patients and colleagues. Performance Metrics Monthly adjusted production targets increasing over time, starting at $60,000 at 6 months. Hourly adjusted production goal of $600 by year 2. Case acceptance rate of 85%. Patient reappointment rate of 90%. Dental competencies rated 7 or higher across categories. Key Competencies Integrity, passion for dentistry, self-management, accountability, likability, patient-first mentality, active listening, communication skills, goal setting, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, self-awareness, adherence to best practices, principles of influence, and teaching abilities.
