Director of Human Resources Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience supporting a multi-unit retail or service-based organization
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to travel as needed to store locations and attend leadership meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, training development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis and reporting abilities
