Our team comprises 77 physicians and 120 CRNAs, providing services across 12 inpatient campuses and 3 ambulatory surgery centers within the rapidly expanding St. Lukes University Health Network. Clinical Scope: Level I Trauma Center at St. Lukes Bethlehem campus Level II Trauma Center and Mother and Baby Pavilion at St. Lukes Anderson campus (3,500 deliveries/year) Diverse case mix: orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, urology, gynecology, ENT, vascular, general surgery Dedicated teams for cardiac, pediatric, and critical care anesthesia Active involvement in Perioperative Surgical Home model, acute pain service, surgical optimization clinic, and ERAS protocols Call Schedule: First Call:Every 14 days; weekdays 3-4 PM to 7 AM, weekends 24-hour shifts Second Call:Every 14 days; a regular workday followed by backup duties Post-call day off provided after both first and second calls Voluntary calls at smaller campuses are available for additional compensation Call is evenly split between Bethlehem and Anderson (1:8) Candidate Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist Strong regional anesthesia skills Fellowship training in subspecialties (e.g., cardiac, pediatric, critical care) is a plus New graduates and fellows are encouraged to apply!
