A thriving private orthopedic practice in Lubbock, TX is seeking a skilled and motivated General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team. This is a full-scope clinical role with a strong emphasis on total joint procedures, including hip and knee replacements. You'll be joining a collegial, well-established practice dedicated to excellence in musculoskeletal care. Position Overview: Perform total joint surgeries (hip and knee replacements) with a focus on delivering outstanding surgical outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to evaluate orthopedic conditions, present treatment options, and address concerns. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including planning, patient education, and follow-up care. Collaborate closely with nurses, physical therapists, and fellow surgeons to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery through continuing education and professional development. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including surgical reports and progress notes.
